Fall 2026 General Body Meeting Recap

✨ Recap: IEEE Computer Society GBM Fall 2026

😺 Thank you to everyone who joined our Fall 2026 kickoff! Attendees learned about the IEEE-Computer Society at USF and how the organization is connected on regional and global scales, as well as what events are upcoming in the fall, and got their free Cat T-Shirt.

💻 Showcasing that connection to the larger IEEE was Mr. Andrew Seely, local IEEE Florida West Coast Section Vice President and global IEEE Membership & Geographic Activities Vice President. Mr. Seely discussed the value of getting connected to IEEE and the Computer Society outside USF, like connecting with local industry professionals and members all around the world.

🐈 Finally, we wrapped up with our classic Vice-President-rigged Kahoot. This year’s rewards were quite special, as the top five in the Kahoot won not only Computer Society merch but also an opportunity for a breakfast with Mr. Seely!

💖💛 Thank you to everyone who joined us! Stay tuned for more cool rewards at future GBMs and for our upcoming events.
