JPMorgan Chase Software Engineers Panel Recap

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our JPMorgan Chase Software Engineers Panel! It was an incredible evening of networking, learning, and getting an inside look at what it’s like to work at the largest bank in the US.

We were lucky to be joined by four amazing USF Alumni who shared their journeys from the classroom to full-time roles at JPMC: Isaac Powell, Cassandra Hetrick, James Victor Alejandro, and Molina Hoy.

The room was buzzing with questions, and our panelists didn't hold back on the advice!

- Day-to-Day Reality: We got the lowdown on what software engineering roles actually look like in the financial sector.

- The Transition: Authentic stories on moving from USF student life to a professional career.

- Career Tips: Valuable advice on landing internships and standing out during the hiring process.

P.S.: Of course, it wouldn’t be an IEEE-CS event without the perks! We hope you all enjoyed the Pub Subs, Popcorn Chicken, and those exclusive cat stickers that are slowly taking over campus.
